Another fantastic day – can it get any better?
Salwan, Peter and James…kudos to the 3 of you for your wonderful presentations – you had us at the edge of our seats! (If you missed any of the keynote presentations, not to worry - you can find it on the Conference website.)
Peter Starks was on a roll – straight after his keynote, he was off facilitating the Hotel Business Acumen Instructor (HBAi) Certification Course . This is a must attend session for hospitality instructors who wish to incorporate more real life experience into their course.
The researchers amongst us had a treat as Liz expounded on the various methods of qualitative data analysis and Mathew’s session on “A New Vision for New Systems to Drive Continuous Performance” gave practical tips on how to close the gap between information and action.
The Gala Dinner Award ceremony saw us recognize outstanding individuals and organisations of the hospitality and tourism industry:
