More than 250 delegates from over 50 countries representing almost 100 institutions – this is truly amazing!
It was such a pleasure meeting all of you at the Welcome reception and we are pleased to see so many first time attendees of EuroCHRIE as well. Do consider joining the EuroCHRIE family as membershiptruly has its privileges!
Some delegates already had a head start at the Conference as they attended the “Train the Trainer” session for the “Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics” course jointly offered by ICHRIE, American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute and the STR SHARE Center – thank you Steve for facilitating the session!
A special welcome to our friends from the University of Nebraska (led by Dipra Jha and Marilyn Schnepf) as well who are on a Study Tour specially organised by EAHM – they have already been in the Burj Al Arab for High Tea and hearing them relate their experience makes us envious!
The EuroCHRIE Board met today as well for the summer meeting – to find out the latest happenings, please join us for the Annual General Meeting on 8 Oct (Wednesday) from 5:30pm – 6:30pm in EAHM Lecture Theatre 1.
Friends, the EuroCHRIE Dubai Conference has indeed begun with a big bang! Let’s make full use of the next few days to expand our network and stretch our horizon…may we never cease to surprise and amaze ourselves and the people around us!
