Maureen Brookes
Dr Maureen Brookes is a Principle Lecturer in Marketing and Business Futures Coordinator at Oxford Brookes University Business School. She is also Hospitality Liaison Officer for the HLST Network, Higher Education Academy. She sits on the Executive Committee for the UK Council for Hospitality Management Education (CHME) and on the Board of Director’s for Oxford Gastronomica. Her research interests include internationalisation and market entry strategies of service organisations, franchising and the internationalisation, quality assurance and personalisation of higher education.
