Fabrice Tessier holds a position of Schools Relations and Partnerships Director for Accor Group. His role is, matching with the future needs of recruitment for Accor, to identify and develop partnerships with the best Hospitality Schools, Universities and Business Schools. The achievement will be to see more and more graduates taking management positions in Accor Group for the benefit of our industry development. Based in Paris, his department is part of the Corporate Human Resources Department. He has completed various VP Human Resources positions in Pacific Islands, Africa, Asia and in France. Always keen on Education subjects in Hospitality, he has been during his various positions linking with Schools and Institutions as advisor and is still present at schools and universities boards.

Fabrice graduated from the Hospitality Management School in Paris, he pursued his studies with a certificate in Human Resources of Institut de Gestion Sociale and completed a Master in Human Resources, International Mobility in Paris Marne La Vallée University.

One of Fabrices' Human Resources experience was, between 2000 and 2004, to be appointed as Vice President Human Resources Accor in Asia based in Bangkok. 22,000 employees were working in the organization including 260 expatriates in 10 Asian countries. In the region, he was in charge of implementing remuneration systems, boosting mobility both within and outside the region, developing national managers, organizing training programs for all employees. One of his strong interests is in sustainable development where he developed a partnership with Ecpat thanks to the support of the hotels by promoting actions to protect children from sexual exploitation in the tourism industry. It leaded to a Signature by a majority of hotels of a Code of Conduct of Ecpat with WTO and Unicef. Besides this, he is coordinating actions and is active supporter for the "Ecole d'Hotellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule" in Cambodia.
