Christian Perrette
Comes from a Swiss hotelier family background. After an apprenticeship as cook at the Beau-Rivage Palace Hotel in Lausanne, Switzerland ,and some experiences abroad (Germany, UK, Canada), he has obtained his Bachelor Degree at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in 1978 followed by a Master in Hotel Management in 1991 (hotelleriesuisse).
His professional experience ranges from Food & Beverage to Front office and Accounting in various hotels in Europe and Saudi Arabia.
After 2 years as hotel manager at EUROTEL Crans Montana, Switzerland, he joined Nestlé in 1984 as hotel manager of the Résidence Rive-Reine, Nestlé International Training Center, La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland.
As from the 1st of November 2011, he is the new Executive Director of the Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Foundation which supports Trainers in Hospitality and F&B industry worldwide but with a strong focus on emerging countries.
